PDCA is a four-step iterative approach for continuous improvement of processes, products or services.

• Plan: establish objectives and goals, and create a plan to achieve them.
• Do: implement the plan and collect data.
• Check: analyze the data and results, compare them to the objectives and goals.
• Act: take corrective actions and refine the plan as needed for continuous improvement.
