VUCA

VUCA is a model to describe how the environment change. It's especially used to act in crisis situation.

• Volatiliy: changes occur rapidly
• Uncertainty: changes occur unpredictabily
• Complexity: there is too many factors to know when/where changes occur
• Ambiguity: we don't know what cause changes
